We offer a variety of Re-Termination Services for both our Home Audio and Pro Audio cables. While reasons for re-termination may vary, one thing is for sure… our cable is designed and engineered to sound the best, offer the best high-end value… and last!
Below is our Re-Termination Price List for most situations. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please follow the instructions below the price list carefully. We look forward to hearing from you. If you have questions first, contact us. (We do not re-terminate our Toslink, HDMI or USB cables.)

We know how important it is to get your cable back to you as quickly as possible and we strive to ship your re-terminated cable(s) to you within 1 to 3 business days from when we receive it/them.
If you are sending your cables to us for re-termination, please:
Fill out the form below completely and submit it. You will receive an email acknowledgement and instructions from us within minutes. (Check your spam/junk folders if you don’t receive it within a few minutes.)
Pack and ship your cable(s) along with a printed copy of the email acknowledgement to:
